OH WOW.
Tori was amazing, she sounded better than she ever has! She just amazes me more each time. All the old songs reworked for the strings sounded stunning and just as fresh as the new stuff. She pulled out a few surprise tracks that haven't been played on the tour yet too. Also at one point Tori must have moved funny and her in ear monitors became unplugged and she went into a cute little improv about them coming unplugged and how she fucks things up. Apollon Musagete absolutely blew me away. Such an amazing accompaniment to Tori, I`m not of the opinion that every musician should be backed by a string quartet (get working on that! :-) I had such a good night, was also nice to see my friend Sandra again, not seen her since last christmas. We had a nice catch up on the drive to Manchester.
